Sharon Jensen has been the Executive Director of the Non-Traditional Casting Project for nine years, and has served concurrently for the past four years as Chairperson of the joint Equal Employment Opportunties Committee of the League of American Theatres and Producers and Actors Equity Association. Previously, she served as a casting director at Theatre Communications Group for four years, and was the Executive Director of the League of Professional Theatre Training Programs for 14 years. She holds a B.A. and an M.A. from the University of Michigan.
