David Low is the Webmanager at the National Endowment for the Arts, a position he has held since August 1995. From 1989 until 1995, Mr. Low was a Program Specialist in the Presenting & Commissioning Program at the Arts Endowment. Prior to his tenure at the NEA, he worked at the Flynn Theater for the Performing Arts in Burlington, Vermont. Mr. Low has also worked as a videographer, production printer, and editor.
