Council’s A2B Databank and the Non-Traditional Casting Project's Artist Files Online. Business
members subscribe to the A2B Databank, which utilizes a password protected searchable
database to access services within the arts community. NTCP's Artist Files Online is an image
oriented database of over five thousand actors’ resumes and photographs, and hundreds of
writers’, directors’, choreographers’, designers’, and stage mangers’ resumes, developed to
address and seek solutions to the problems of racism and exclusion in theater, film and
television. Gary Steuer, President and CEO of the Arts and Business Council and Sari Pessah,
manager of the A2B, are joined by Sharon Jensen, Executive Director of the Non-Traditional
Casting Project, and Liz Ortiz-Mackes, Director of the Project’s Artist Files Online.
