Representatives of community-wide networks discuss incorporating arts content while meeting the needs of other sectors. How do rural and urban models differ? How can all members of the community tap into these endeavors? How can residents locate or start networks? Stephen Snow is the Executive Director of Charlotte's Web, one of the nation's oldest community networks. He is joined by Anthony Riddle, who, as director of a public access organization in Minneapolis, Riddle expanded its services to include Internet access and web site hosting. He is currently the Executive Director of Manhattan Neighborhood Network, Manhattan's public-access cable station.
