Attorney and Temple University Associate Professor of Communications Nolan Bowie will discuss issues of access to telecom and IT and ways in which artists may take advantage of the opportunities that new technology and new policy may present. He will also address the ongoing role of, and need for, active participation in the democratic process as it applies to issues of new technology use and potential.
