A case study of Hand-Drawn Spaces, a collaboration between Riverbed, Unreal Pictures, and Merce Cunningham, and the first dance for the computer by a major choreographer. Hand Drawn Spaces uses advanced motion capture, physically-based and foot-step driven 3D choreography software, and experimental approaches to 3D rendering and installation design.
