Transportation Information

During the conference, circuits@nys will be providing free morning and evening
shuttle buses between New York City and the Palisades Conference center, and
between the Center and the Westchester Marriot (see below for more details).
All other travel can be arranged directly by participants with the conference travel agency.

Carlson WagonLit Travel (800-666-2929) is the official travel agency for the circuits@nys conference. Discount airfare may be available for conference participants flying on US Air.

Carlson can also assist you with rental cars, transfers, and will have shuttle bus information between NYC and the Conference site (please see below for more detail).

Shuttle bus service will be provided only between the Westchester Mariott and the Palisades Conference Center during conference hours; participants staying at other area hotels will need to obtain their own transportation.

Free shuttle bus service, courtesy of the Port Authority of New York City, will be offered to conference registrants throughout the conference; a tentative schedule is provided below.
