In 1999, NYFA began publishing technical advice columns for artists in the pages of NYFA Quarterly. The first was Ask Dr. Art, followed shortly thereafter by Ask Artemisia and The Long Run: A Performer's Life.
The columns addressed the most commonly asked issues and concerns raised by artists who contacted NYFA for assistance.
Starting summer 2005, technical advice for artists can now be found in special quarterly issues of NYFA Current, NYFA's online magazine for artists.
A complete archive of past NYFA Current, Ask Artemisia, Ask Dr. Art, and The Long Run: A Performer's Life articles is below.
