Partners for Arts Education’s School Arts Partnerships
Partners for Arts Education’s (PAE) School Arts Partnerships are re-grants made to New York State public and private schools to allow artists and/or cultural organizations to partner with schools (serving pre-K through grade 12 students) so as to support or present arts-in-education projects. The 2006 deadline is May 8.
PAE provides matching funds (of up to $10,000) for each entity to work in collaboration with one another to create New York State Learning Standards-based curricula that implements interdisciplinary and/or integrated means of studying arts as well as non-arts subjects. Funding decisions are made by an independent panel and schools must provide matching funds for these projects.
