The next deadline for the SOS program will be January 27, 2010 this deadline will be for opportunities occurring between March 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010. The application is available in Portable Document Format (PDF). Portable Document Format (PDF) is a cross-platform electronic publishing medium. How To Apply
Applications should be submitted to the appropriate regional sponsoring organizations at the addresses listed under the 8 Geographic Regions link above. Complete the application form. Submit copies of this form along with resume(s) and letter(s) of confirmation collated and stapled together into 7 sets.
Please include:
- 7 copies of the completed application
- 7 copies of a brief, chronological resume (not to exceed 2 double-spaced pages).
- 7 copies of a letter or other written confirmation on organization letterhead of your participation in the opportunity for which you are requesting funds (for study with a mentor, include mentor’s resume or background information).
