A mock panel recreates the NYFA’s panel process for artists’ fellowship grants. Prior to the mock panel, participants compile the materials used for an artist grant application. During the panel, participants are led through the review process by NYFA staff. Feedback is given on portfolio presentation and coherency of work. Due to the nature of the process, mock panels are organized only for interested groups, such as MFA classes or art organizations.
