There will be a free application seminar on Tuesday, March 9, 2004, at 6:00 pm at NYFA’s offices located at 155 Avenue of the Americas (at Spring Street) on the 14th floor. The seminar will address review criteria, application materials, and questions on what projects BUILD supports.
