NYFA MARK Alumni Website

MARK is the New York Foundation for the Arts’ (NYFA) statewide program for visual artists who want a unique opportunity for individualized focus on the professional and business side of their creative practice. MARK is designed to address the concerns of artists living outside of New York City while providing them with a new network statewide. The program was started in 2008 and 352 artists have passed successfully through the program. In 2012 the program was made available to performing and literary artists.

In 2010 and 2011, with the support of the Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation and thirteen partners statewide, NYFA was been able to provide additional support for visual artists through its Statewide Consulting Program where selected and trained NYFA Alumni presented workshops and one-on-one consultations. If you are interested in activities in your region, please contact our partners or visit their websites.

Through the NYFA MARK Program an active network of artists collaborating and exhibiting has been developed. To find out more about the NYFA MARK Alumni artists and the partnering organizations involved, please visit our NYFA MARK Alumni Website.
