Artist Statement:
Project Title: KAHN. KAHN is a feature-length documentary film that explores the life, work and legacy of the renowed architect Louis I. Kahn. The film is directed and narrated by Kahn's only son Nathaniel, an award winning filmmaker, who was only eleven when his father died.

More about the Artist:
MY ARCHITECT/A Son's Journey was nominated for the 2003 Academy Award and the IFP Independent Spirit Award for best documentary. Mr. Kahn won the award for outstanding directorial achievement in a documentary from the Director's Guild of America. The film was shown at the New Directors/New Films series in New york, Philadelphia Film Festival (Audience Award), Silverdocs Festival (Best Documentary Feature), and Seatttle Film Festival. It is distributed by New Yorker Films in association with HBO/Cinemax Films.
