More about the Artist:
"Oh Say Can We See" is about seeing the unseen. The Iraq war has faded from view. It has largely disappeared from the media. Yet lives are being lost every day. Lives of American soldiers. Lives of coalition soldiers, journalists, and Iraqi citizens are taken every day. Their numbers are unseen, and yet important. Using origami cranes, I want people to be able to see and begin to comprehend these losses, and the human cost of war.
