Artist Statement:
I am interested in reaching people to change their pain into compassion, their anger to laughter. I use the content of sexuality, gender roles, politics, oppression, and personality disorders. My work creates an emotional reaction, a cultural Rorschach test. My prior work has been about rhetoric, pain-my current work is moving towards joy and fun even when life sucks. Hee hee.
