Busy, well-respected graphic design studio located in the Flatiron District of NYC seeks a responsible, highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented project manager to join our Client Services team.

Working in partnership with the team's Creative Director (CD), the Client Services Manager (CSM) will provide day-to-day team, project and client management support. Additionally, the CSM will collaborate on developing new and repeat business opportunities for the team.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Manage contract requirements and project budgets
• Maintain project information and team schedules
• Develop and write scope and fee estimates for new work
• Prepare consultant agreements; process vendor estimates and invoices
• Create project financial reports, invoices and projections
• Coordinate and manage project start-ups and close-outs
• Provide administrative support to the team and client

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Keen interest in information design and familiarity with the steps of the design process
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and understands creative energies
• Highly attuned attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful and takes initiative
• Team player with an open and positive personality

Minimum educational and professional requirements include:
• 3-5 years of project management or client services experience preferably in a creative field
• 4-year college degree
• Willingness to learn a proprietary web-based project management system
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe InDesign
