Critical Writing Workshop
Gund Gallery at Kenyon College
(Gambier OH)

Write alongside some of the top art critics and authors at the exciting new Gund Gallery at Kenyon College.
If you’re an aspiring art critic or want to expand your repertoire, consider this:  A week of intensive training with senior art critic, painter, and novelist Peter Plagens (Artforum, Newsweek, the Wall Street Journal) and scholar and artist Terry Barrett, the author of seven books, including Criticizing Art: Understanding the Contemporary and Why Is That Art: Aesthetics and Criticism of Contemporary Art.  They will be joined by guest critics and art writers who contribute to some of the most influential publications and new media outlets.

Join us at the Gund Gallery Critical Writing Workshop at Kenyon College from June 16-22, 2013. You could be one of thirty participants selected to take part in an innovative program that unites the exhibition of the work of emerging and international award-winning artists at the Gund Gallery with an intensive writing workshop for adults.
