The national and international debate over marriage equality is hot. Marriage is a reality for some LGBT couples as states pass marriage equality legislation. However, even within the LGBT community this topic remains a subject of debate. ImageArt asks artists to submit works that respond to or address the issues surrounding marriage equality. The exhibition aims to represent the diversity and weight behind the word “marriage,” addressing multiple points of view.

All artists working in any media are welcome to submit.

Submissions Deadline: Saturday, August 10, 2013

Fee: $15

Details: Artists may submit up to three pieces for jury consideration. Up to three images per piece may be submitted on a CD/DVD. Submission must include submission form, payment, artist’s
statement and CD/DVD with images.
