Porter Contemporary (www.portercontemporary.com)currently has two opportunities for artists:

1)SMALL WORKS:
For an exhibition of small works to take place at Porter Contemporary beginning in August 2013. The gallery is looking for works small in size, not to exceed 12×12 (but please do not only submit works in this exact size, the gallery would like to see varied sizes not exceeding these limits). The submission is open to ALL mediums, styles and ideas. Submission period closes July 1, 2013 at midnight. The cost to submit is $15 for the first 3 images.

2) PORTRAITURE:
Porter Contemporary is accepting submissions for artists who work in themes of portraiture both traditional and non for a group exhibition taking place in early 2014. The exhibition will focus on the ever changing “face” of portraiture and will be a sister show to the galleries well-known exhibition in 2011, A Portrait Apart. The submission is open to ALL mediums. Submission period closes November 30, 2013 at midnight. The cost to submit is $20.
