Reserve an art booth at the inaugural Hat City Streets Festival on Saturday, June 15 from 11am to 9pm. The festival is a day-long cavalcade of music, arts exhibitions, family activities, delicious food, and non-stop fun that reflects the spirit and diversity of the region and celebrates the creativity of Orange. This event is free and open to the public.

Booth reservations are $50. The deadline to submit an application is June 4.

Submission Guidelines 
All artwork must be artist originals and no mass produced works will be allowed.

Artists are required to provide their owned tented booth at the Festival. White 10×10 tents are preferred (Rental can be arranged through numerous nearby rental outlets).

Artists may submit up to three (3) images depicting work they intend to display and sell at the Festival. You are also strongly urged to send a photo of your booth. A good booth shot will help distinguish your application.

All images should be jpegs sized 4×6 at 300dpi. Zapplication or JAS image requirements are also acceptable.

Please label all images as follows; eg. SmithJohn1, SmithJohn2, SmithJohn3, etc. John Smith’s booth shot would be labelled; SmithJohnbooth.

Indicate in your e-mail if you do not want your images used for promotional purposes.

All fees on accepted applications are non-refundable. Decisions of the review committee are final. ValleyArts is not responsible for any loss or damages to artist’s property and reserves the right to ask any artist leave if they contravene the Festival guidelines.

Please note: Booth Sites do not have access to electrical power. The Festival will proceed rain or shine. Show closure due to extreme weather, civil unrest, or acts of God are at the discretion of the Festival organizers.

Please fill-out a separate online form for each booth ordered. Art booth renters this year will have renewal privileges next year.
