ELIGIBLE WORK: This show is open to all artists regardless of place of residence. Original work in oil, water color, pastel, acrylic, mixed media, collage, graphics, photography, sculpture.

SUBMISSIONS: All work will be judged by email entry via food@sixsummitgallery.com
You MUST write “FOOD SUBMISSION: [YOUR NAME]” IN THE SUBJECT OF EMAIL. YOUR NAME MUST BE THE SAME ON YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR CHECK.
Example: Subject: FOOD SUBMISSION: John Doe


Files must be in .jpg format, 300 dpi, max 900 pixels in any dimension. File name should correspond to the title of the piece. When naming the JPG files, indicate title, medium, artist, price, and size AS  JPG File Name Extension."  Work must be suitably framed and wired for hanging and should not exceed 48" .  No complex installations or clip frames. Sculpture must include a well-balanced pedestal and weigh less than 100 lbs. No accepted work may be removed prior to the show’s conclusion.

SHIPPING OF ACCEPTED WORK: For accepted works that cannot be delivered in person, you may use a major carrier and include a return slip (in case of no sale) where we can call and the carrier will pick up at the Gallery  using the number and slip provided. Please note special slips are required for this.

Note: The Show Committee reserves the right to disallow the exhibition of any work which, in the opinion of the Committee, is considered detrimental to the good public image of the show and its sponsors, which is too fragile to handle, or which is not accurately represented by the photo submitted. Six Summit Gallery is a fully insured and secured gallery, however, its officers or agents are not responsible for loss or damage of any kind. We reserve the right to photograph work or use submitted images for publicity.

ENTRY FEES: First entry $15, 2 entries $20 and 3 entries $25.
Click on www.sixsummitgallery.com online store and go to “events submissions” and choose the appropriate dollar amount. All major credit cards accepted. Gallery receives 35% on accepted sold work. Small percentages will be donated to appropriate charities and artist will receive majority of sales.
