Our in-house projects have included: Open Studios – Artist-in-Residency Program – Artist Talk Series - Group and Solo Shows – Visiting Curator’s Program and several other projects with New York and LIC art communities.

- The Experimental Space – a professionally built gallery dedicated exclusively to various art projects and photo shooting space.
- Dirty Room – a dedicated space equipped with basic power tools

- Fully Stoked Bathrooms and slop sinks on With Detergent on every floor.
