Monday Motivation | Beware of the Machines!

Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

When you send out your resume and cover letter, they may be first scanned by algorithms, rather than real people! And making a good impression on pieces of code can be a lot trickier than impressing human beings. When submitting electronic applications, make sure to note the most important parts of the job description and requirements, and then use the same words and phrases on your materials. But don’t forget to be strategic and use these repetitions with moderation!
