Announcing | Meet Roger, NYFA’s Chatbot!

We’ve been working on something special over the last year, and are excited to share it with you!

Through the invaluable support of the Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation, we have built and launched a chatbot to help you better understand and navigate NYFA’s resources and programming. This new feature gives our online audience the opportunity to ask questions 24/7 and receive handwritten answers from NYFA staff in seconds.

Our new chatbot goes by the name “Roger” (Roger that!) and is currently trained to answer questions you may have around the Classifieds section of the website such as “How can I post a listing?” or “How can I find freelance jobs?” Over time, Roger will learn and improve based on the questions he is asked, so we encourage you to say hello and get acquainted.

NYFA staff will continue to build new knowledge into the database through NYFA’s online resources, FAQ pages, and more. Right now, you can find Roger on the Jobs, Opportunities, and Spaces pages of the website. And, as Roger’s knowledge base grows, you’ll find him ready to answer your questions on additional relevant pages of the site!

Keep up-to-date on the latest from NYFA and sign up for NYFA’s bi-weekly newsletter, NYFA News, to receive announcements about future NYFA events and programs.
