Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

Knowing what kind of job you want can save you a lot of time when checking the multiple listings on NYFA Classifieds, but keep in mind that job titles can mean different things at different organizations. Instead of just glancing at titles, keep the skills and experience you would gain from the position in mind before deciding if you should apply or not. Once you make it through the interview process and receive an offer, you might be able to negotiate a title you believe to be more accurate in describing your role.
