Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

Feeling overwhelmed by your job hunt? Create a routine that protects your leisure and self-care time. Set a block in your calendar to accomplish all of your tasks related to job seeking; no distractions.

It can be an hour every day or 10 minutes each day; whatever works for you. The important thing is that you stick to it. When the time is up, do something else and avoid falling into the trap of spending all of your free time job hunting.

Remember: panicking won’t make you get that job faster. Keeping your cool will allow your mind to be much sharper for when you land that job interview.
