Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

Do you have your eye on a specific company? Have you applied to that company but never heard back? Make sure your resume gets seen by connecting with employees who went to the same university as you.

Go to your universities’ page on LinkedIn and look at the Alumni tab. There is a widget for “Where they work.” Next, click on the company and then scroll down to see who works there. When you connect with them, send a personal message that includes your shared background.
