Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

The larger the organization you’re applying for, the more likely it is that your application will be scanned by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool before reaching a human hiring manager. Before submitting your well-formatted Word document resume, double-check how bot-friendly your file is by saving it as plain text. When you open this new file, check if there is text missing or if the information looks disorganized. Did something get lost in translation? Go back to the drawing board and simplify your formatting in Word until it becomes readable by Artificial Intelligence.
