Be sure to carefully read the job description and pull out certain words that the employer uses to describe the work. Use these keywords in your resume and cover letter. If the employer uses a resume scanner, then your application will likely make it through to the next stage. Additionally, they will see you as a good fit because you already use the same terminology.
