Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

You’ve probably seen several listings requesting that your “salary expectations” or “desired salary” be stated in your cover letter. You might want to make a million dollars a year, but you still must resist the urge to shoot for the stars. For a realistic answer to the salary expectation question, Google is your friend! A quick search combining the type of position you’re applying for and the geographical region of the company can give you an idea about the average salary that should be your target.
