Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

Does your personality shine through in your cover letter? Though it isn’t easy for people to evoke emotion through writing, it is a helpful way to show who you are and share your voice. Re-read your work after you’ve written it, and run it by someone you trust before finalizing to ensure you are best represented. Once you reach the interview stage, you can further showcase who you are and also interview the company. Why? Because company culture is important and you want the fit to work both ways. In short, be yourself.
