Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

What is a job interview if not a meeting where you tell the story of yourself as a professional? Good job interview answers, just like good stories, are usually clear, well-structured, and engaging—so keep that in mind when rehearsing for your interview! One simple script you can follow is the STAR response technique. If an employer asks you to talk about a particular event in your career, answer it in the following order: Situation, Task, Action, Result.
