- How to articulate a clear problem statement, solution statement (mission), and value proposition
- Methods for gathering data to quantify and measure key results

About the Presenter
PennyMaria Jackson is a dedicated arts professional, advocate and enthusiast with nearly 20 years of arts management experience. She has worked with renowned arts companies, organizations, including Steppenwolf Theatre Company, The Apollo Theater, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and various galas, fundraisers, and theatrical opening nights and celebrations including the Tony Awards. Her marketing campaigns have promoted performances and special presentations featuring artists and celebrities like Ronald K. Brown, Ta-Nehisi Coates, Jason Moran, and Oprah Winfrey.
