Key Skills and Requirements:
- Rudimentary music education
- Multilingual (Fluency in both English and Russian is a must due to a bilingual environment of workplace.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great interpersonal abilities

- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Communication Tools, etc)
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms
An ideal candidate will be a highly organized, resourceful and proactive individual with pervious experience in art and/or music events.
Main duties include, but not limited to:
- Researching and selecting suitable venues, negotiating contracts, and managing venue logistics.
- Sourcing and coordinating with suppliers, including caterers, equipment providers, etc.
- Managing logistical aspects of the event.
- Events marketing and promotion, including social media management (posting content; engaging with audience, etc).
- Overseeing the event on the day, managing contractors, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Scheduling and logistics (Managing schedules, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings).
- Maintaining efficient filing systems.
- Handling paperwork (Processing invoices and contracts, tracking expenses, and managing other financial documentation, etc).
- Administrative Support (Handling correspondence, managing emails, preparing documents, and maintaining records).
- Personal Errands (Running errands, managing personal appointments, and assisting with personal tasks).
