Full Time Shop Lead

Looking for natural leader who is hospitable, energetic, and talented to join the Sabah retail team.

Hiring for roles in our Manhattan store, and our new Williamsburg BK store.

As a Shop Lead you will work closely with your store manager to create a premium retail experience, overseeing the retail team and engaging with customers to make their visit to our shop memorable. We put a strong emphasis on hospitality and service when hosting our customers in our stores.

Duties

• Support store manager with day to day operations.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including merchandising displays to attract customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time, 4-5 days per week (including some weekends)
