Storage Registrar

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Red Hook)

Waypoint Fine Art Services handles crating, transport, installation, and climate-controlled storage for top galleries, museums, auction houses, and private collectors. We're hiring a Storage Registrar to own the workflow of storage in our Brooklyn operation.

The Role:

You're the system of record for every object in our storage— managing receives, releases, location tracking, condition reports, and client account activity in Voxme. Hands-on role split between the warehouse floor and the database, working closely with PMs and warehouse staff.

What You'll Do:

• Document receives and releases: verify, photograph, condition-report, and log in Voxme
• Maintain accurate location tracking and reconcile physical inventory against records
• Produce condition reports, inventory reports, and storage statements
• Coordinate receives, releases, and viewings with PMs and warehouse staff
• Manage client storage agreements and billing inputs

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of registrarial, storage, or collections experience (gallery, museum, auction house, or fine art services)
• Familiarity with Voxme (system of record) or comparable systems (ArtSystems, FileMaker, Articheck)
• Sharp eye for condition; strong written communication; organized under pressure
• Comfortable in a working warehouse (ladders, 50 lbs, on your feet)
