There’s a lot of stuff there for kids and capital “A” Artists, but there isn’t much for those that fall somewhere in between. We are on a mission to fill the gap. Position Overview

The Creative Operations Assistant is a creative powerplayer on our growing creative operations team, reporting to the Assistant Creative Director. This person appreciates the world of art and designs, understands the brand aesthetic, and is eager to assist in translating mood boards and ideas into physical products and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the ACD with all creative expressions of the brand including seasonal briefs, product brainstorms, creative decks, and market research 
• Assist with in-store visual merchandising, spatial design and signage
• Project manage production of packaging, product collateral, in-store signage by liaising with production partners including placing orders, tracking deliveries, and more
• Creation of digital content in partnership with the ACD

• Enthusiasm for working in a creative, mission-driven environment

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite and Figma
• Skilled in typography and grid based design
• Experience in graphic design or related field
• Strong conceptual thinking and design skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
