This role is structured as a part-time independent contractor, covering 15-20 hours per week and will be compensated at $18K - 24K annually ($1500-$2000 per month).
Choral Chameleon seeks to hire a part-time General & Company Manager to join its team for the 2025-2026 season. This is an administrative and operations role with excellent growth potential and tasks cover a range of areas within the organization’s day-to-day work. Responsibilities will include season scheduling (with artistic team), preparing seasonal and guest artist contracts, financial management (with bookkeeper), internal and external communications, assisting on grant applications (with development consultant), tour logistics for professional engagements, marketing and social media planning, and acting as a primary liaison for rehearsal and performance venues.

The ideal candidate will be based in New York City, will have at least 2-3 years of experience in performing arts administration and production and will be highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through; musical background preferred.
