Part-Time Assistant – Cultural Arts & Production

About the Role

I'm seeking a proactive, detail-oriented assistant to support producing work at a leading NYC cultural institution. My company is currently producing a series of shows there, with several related creative projects in development.

• Organized and efficient without compromising accuracy
• Proactive in anticipating needs of the company, partnerships, and projects
• Emotionally intelligent and attuned to creative/professional dynamics
• Excellent communicator comfortable coordinating between multiple partners
• Passionate about cultural arts and live performance
• Flexible with shifting priorities and meeting schedules
• Self-managing and energized by collaborative work
• NYC-based preferred with occasional evening/weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Virtual meeting coordination and support
• Project organization and administrative tasks
• Partnership and project coordination
• Adapting to week-to-week scheduling changes

Details

This role splits between virtual meetings and organizational tasks. Meeting times will vary weekly, so availability and adaptability are essential.
