Family & Faculty Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, ensuring effective communication and responsive support.

  • Conduct family meetings related to student attendance and participation.

  • Draft and distribute family communications, including weekly emails during the program season and bi-weekly updates during the summer.

Events & Logistics

  • Support the planning and execution of all program events, including recitals, concerts, and masterclasses.

  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for additional programming tied to strategic partnerships.

  • Supervise the Program Assistant and ensure alignment with OMP’s operational goals.

  • Attend weekly staff meetings in person and contribute to ongoing program development.
