Benefits Package includes: 

  • Health insurance includes full premium coverage for FT employees and 25% for eligible dependents.
  • Time Off: Holidays and flexible PTO that increases with tenure.
  • Hybrid/Remote: Working arrangements are contingent on federal and state tax regulations. A minimum of one week per quarter of working in the San Antonio office. Travel, transportation, and accommodation will be provided.


Description

The President and CEO will provide visionary leadership to advance NALAC’s mission, championing the Latinx arts and culture sector while ensuring the organization’s long-term sustainability and continued recognition of its 36-year history. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this dynamic and strategic leader will drive organizational growth, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and expand NALAC’s influence as a national advocate. The President and CEO will supervise strategy, operations, and resource development, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that reflects NALAC’s commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, access, and belonging. With a strong background in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, the ideal candidate will bring the expertise and passion necessary to inspire the field, strengthen financial and operational capacity, and position NALAC as a driving force in the national arts ecosystem.
