Grant Writer

Studio Rawls is a multidisciplinary, collaborative production and research company anchored by the work of artist Will Rawls. The Studio is currently seeking an experienced Grant Writer to identify and co-write grants for Studio Rawls and Will Rawls. The ideal candidate has at least five years experience in development or grant writing with a preference for someone familiar with the performing and visual arts fields. Bonus if the candidate is familiar with working with multiple fiscal sponsors and fundraising for an LLC. The role will work alongside a small team of employees and with several independent contractors. Studio Rawls is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages individuals of all backgrounds to apply.

Responsibilities:

Grant Writing

• Identify grants for Will Rawls and Studio Rawls
• Draft multiple rounds of potential grants, as needed 
• Communicate regularly with Will Rawls or project-specific producers about creative details and financial reports
