Seeking a highly intelligent and organized individual to plan and manage personal and professional travel for a high-level executive.
Responsibilities will include: coordinating personal and professional travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, communicating with internal and external teams, and updating and maintaining a complex executive calendar. The ability to travel in advance of and along with the team is a plus, as is demonstrated operational and logistical expertise.
The right applicant will be tirelessly attentive to detail, and able to juggle multiple competing priorities and to foresee potential problems and plan contingencies accordingly.
This is a full-time opportunity to be part of a talented and collaborative team based in our New York City office. There is also a significant growth trajectory for top performers. The position offers a starting salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience.
