SUMMARY: Responsible for meeting and welcoming guests in person or over the phone and diverting calls to the appropriate department or individual. You will play a pivotal role in managing client communications, resolving inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service will help maintain our reputation as a trusted leader in the auction industry.

BENEFITS:
COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience. $21-22/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned to support the team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Experience with databases such as Nexus and Monday.com is preferred
• Must have 2+ years of experience in customer service in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
