Compensation:
The PM is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $65,000-$70,000. All full-time employees at BMP receive contributions to health insurance premiums. When touring with productions, BMP covers all travel/housing costs and provides per-diem for food and incidentals.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Beth Morrison Projects, one of the industry’s leading innovators in opera-theatre and music theatre, seeks a full-time Production Manager (PM) to join its team. The PM would support the technical execution of BMP’s world premiere and touring productions, ensuring high-quality execution of artistic work.

As BMP operates on a hybrid model, the PM must be based in the greater New York City area or willing to relocate. Currently, employees are expected to work in-person at BMP’s Brooklyn office two days a week, and local travel to NYC-based rehearsal and/or performance locations is expected. As the PM, it is expected to tour nationally and internationally with BMP productions, significant overnight travel (4-8 weeks a year) is an expectation of this position.

Schedule:
BMP’s standard office hours are 10:30 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Friday; however, some evening and weekend work is required for this role.
