Job Description
· Develop and implement short- and long-term retail strategies, plans, and programs to drive sales
· Ensure that retail is continuously improving customer service to maximize customer satisfaction
· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
· Ensure proper inventory and stock management including forecasting, replenishment, and merchandising
· Organize annual inventory and reconciliation
· Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the retail team to achieve company objectives
· Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure targets are being met and actively work to improve profitability
· Format weekly retail email newsletter
· Maintain and update retail webpage
· Visual merchandising
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field
· Minimum of 7 years experience in a senior role, preferably in luxury retail
· Strong leadership skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
· Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
· Proven track record of successful retail management
