ƒPay Range: $30 - $35/hr (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Waterjet Operator & Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining Flow Mach 200 waterjet machine or similar. This role requires a strong understanding of precision cutting, routine machine maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the Flow Mach 200 waterjet machine to cut a variety of materials accurately and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and technical drawings.
• Set up and adjust machine settings for different materials and project requirements.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating a Flow Mach 200 waterjet machine.
• Proven experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Familiarity with various materials including metals, plastics, and composites.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
