Description
As an Administrative Assistant for a Contemporary Art Studio, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. Reporting to the Studio Director, you will utilize your core skills in communications and organizational abilities to assist with administrative tasks, as part of a creative team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Maintain appointment calendar and assist with scheduling
- Input and update information in database
- Maintain communication with vendors and institutions
- Staying in Direct Communication with all team members for project needs
- Assist in the coordination of on and off-site events
- Scheduling & taking minutes from meetings
- Assist with putting together presentation decks and lecture slides
- Travel coordination including booking flights, transport and accommodations for team members
- Overseeing website updates and drafting newsletters
- Able to prioritize tasks, problem solve, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
- General support to maintain a clean and organized studio
- Be tech savvy with strong computer skills, including high proficiency in Google workspace, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Suite
