Gloss Studio is seeking a Print Post Producer~
Reports to Senior Post Producer
Overview:
The Print Post Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Post Producer in handling digital and print photo assets. The primary objective of this role is to assist with tracking and communicating timelines for retouching and delivery of photo assets, supplying assets to retouchers, and delivering final assets to cross functional teams.
There is a lot of room for growth in the role –
Responsibilities
· Assist in creating bids and scheduling timelines with production for retouching turn arounds
· Oversee transfer and organization of photo assets as they are received from Client
· Input job information into the appropriate project management channels
· Monitor email/messaging cadence to prioritize images for retouching and make changes when necessary
· Work collaboratively with multiple teams to maintain timelines and workflow
· React quickly to requests and take action when necessary
· Deliver final assets to multiple cross-functional teams
Qualifications
· Able to learn processes and internal programs quickly (Monday.com, Dalim, Filemaker)
· Demonstrate eagerness to learn from senior leads
· Proactive, motivated, dedicated, able to take initiative and follow direction
· Must work well in a team environment, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
· Flexibility for some after hours/weekend work
Job Skills
· Basic knowledge of photo retouching and has an eye for beauty/fashion
· Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop CC, InDesign, and Google Suite
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, Extremely organized
· Photography and Print room background is a major plus!
